That is the working title of the Mini Adventure I am currently making notes on. There is a homestead on the outskirts of Dragon Vale, owned by a Hero Elite (8th Degree) Dwarven Warrior named Pradius Stoutheart. Pradius dug a dung en underneath his home, a place where he could relax when he wasn't adventuring. However, he has not been seen in several months since his trip north-west to the mountains.
In the meantime, there has been suspicious activity in the area lately. Orcs, kobolds and other Creatures have been seen in the area. Making things worse is the recent disappearance of the son of a prominent Dragon Vale citizen. It is believed the kid is being held in the dungeon underneath the dwarven home. Adventurers are needed, and there is a reward for the boy's safe return.
This is what I have so far. I have stocked the dungeon (16 rooms) with some interesting encounters that are geared toward Applicant (0 Degree) Game Characters. While making my notes, I have come up with some possible ideas for a second level of the dungeon (15-20 rooms). Pradius had some unusual friends, some who are still down in that dungeon.
It's a work in progress, but this could be the first official Adventure released for Heroes of the Dungeon Crawl. By the way, the Quick Start Charts book still hasn't officially been released, but I will let you know when it is.
